Options based on filters

Hi all,

is it possible to create a kind of navigation based on certain attributes, eg a user fulfills a certain task, now a new option becomes available as a short link?

Hi there,

You’d need to set up a new action based on the filters to be able to add/change shortcut buttons on a message. However you could have a series of messages set up which are filtered based on past responsed of the bot user so that only the correct one gets sent.

Great I have tried what you said Miss Karen but it"s not working, the first action I filter work the rest action filtered for the second options are not working am really confused
