So i found this topic and my situation is same.

Can't Connect to AWS RDS MariaDB

I'm trying to connect my bot to Amazon AWS RDS, using MariaDB But every time I tried to "Test Connection" it says Failed... Nothing is wrong, I can connect to my database remotely by using HeidiSQL with the same username, password, and everything, so why FlowXO cannot? Here's what my configuration look like: Name: AWS DB Host: axxxa.xxxxx.ap-southeast-1.rds.amazonaws.com Port: Default DB Name: LOL_data Username: BubbleBlues Password: xxxxxxxxx NO SSL

I have mariadb upped at amazon RDS with public ip.
So i can connect remotely via windows client without any problem to my database.
But flowxo can’t, every when i try test connection - i got error “can’t connect”

Also it try classic mysql db on amazon of course

haha, problem is solved. Dont know why no one write about it.
When U create RDS at amazon, Ur IP mask added to route table for access by default.
This mean u need go to restriction policy and edit inboard rule.
