Your "Talk to a Human" template = talk via email?

This flow does not trigger any special in-chat 1-to-1 chat process such as Chatfuel correct? (You are in this mode until that 1-to-1 chat session ends and then the normal bot logic picks back up.) You are simply asking for a question and an email address and giving a text response yes?

Speaking of which, how does the web widget work: are there simple ways to allow 1-to-1 chat via that interface?

Hi Botux,

The “Talk to a Human” template demonstrates how you can receive emails and have responses routed back into the chat window. You’re right that this isn’t like a live 1-to-1 chat session. The web messenger works in exactly the same way as all the other platforms in this respect as well.
