I am getting the following error message “Your service connection is not valid, please renew.” on one of my flow’s and it’s not evident how I can fix this. Any suggestions?
The flow is posting Trello card content in smartsheets, triggered when a card is moved in Trello to a specific list.

Hi Bradley,
It seems that you may need to re-authorise the account. You can do this by going into your flow and editing the action that is giving you this error. You may need to add a new account to re-do the account authorisation.

Any thoughts to fixing this error message? “The request failed because something unexpected happened.”

I am trying to connect Trello and Smartsheets. Both use a gmail login (note: I have 4 gmail accounts connected so sometimes it switches the default account for login purposes)
It is fine connecting to Trello and finding cards, it is messing up when trying to move the information to Smartsheets, here are the logs:

We’ve been doing some testing at our end trying to replicate the error you are getting but we’ve not been able to find any issue so it seems to be specific to your smart sheet account.
Below is a screen shot of out logs and as you can see it’s working without any errors.
Has anything recently changed with your smart sheets that you are using? Perhaps some privacy details have been changed or the perhaps the columns/layout has been changed?
