Hi, Is there a way to reduce the time from 30 days (I believe that is the current default setting) to a shorter time that the popup message is displayed for the bot on a website?

Unfortunately there’s no option to change that at the moment.
What would be best is to drop by the feedback site and leave a suggestion so that it can be considered for future updates
