Why file type 'location' does not trigger always

i am sending user location but did not get lat and long because my flow did not trigger which is set file type = location.
from one mobile it always trigger but from other it does not trigger why.please help me

This sounds to me like the location settings at the messenger/phone level are perhaps different. Maybe the permissions are different on the 2 different devices?

Are you absolutely sure the location is being sent on both occasions? When the location doesn’t come through does it trigger a catch-all instead?

it does not trigger catch-all also…this happen in android marshmallow
mobile.

OK right. This is strange. What is the OS/version on the device where the location is received? Is it different? Might be an OS related problem.

Till now I have received location on Android os kitkat, lollipop and lower
version but I did not get location on Android os marshmallo even I receive
location on ios mobile.

Can you help me how I can use my bot for website… I want to create a
website bot which work on that website only do not re direct to messenger.
Just like flow xo website chat bot.

Sure, if you go into your Flow XO account and to the bots section, then click ‘New Bot’, then select ‘Web’. Now fill in the details and click ‘Next’. You’ll then be given the code that you can place on your site that will open up the web messenger only (it won’t show any other platforms).
