Where can i find data of my bot users?

I have created a bot using flowxo on telegram.Is there a way to see whoever(users) is interacting with my bot?
Is there anyway to know what are the conversations by users?

Hi Mounika,

You can find out user information and their conversations by checking the ‘logs’ in your flows. you can find this by using the ‘options’ drop down box in any flow. :slight_smile:

Thank you for the reply.
In the logs I can only see how the user had initiated the conversation. Can I know the whole conversation that user had made with the bot?

Hi Mounika,

Telegram doesn’t actually support this feature :frowning: however, Messenger supports this feature and gives you a full and detailed log. if you wanted to build a Messenger bot, you can use any flow with any bot, so you’d just have to build a Messenger Bot! :slight_smile: We have a helpful guide on this. :thumbsup:
