Whats the point of grouping words?

Grouping words is great if you want to offer a range of trigger words/phrases to detect on so that you can respond to them without needing multiple actions. For example, I could have a New Message trigger setup with the following words:

Hi
Hello
Hey
Greetings

I can group all of those like so:

Hi [Hi]
Hello [Hi]
Hey [Hi]
Greetings [Hi]

In my flow I can then send a message back:

With a filter so that my message only sends if the received message is part of the [Hi] group:
