I just launched a production chatbot for a political candidate here in México for Mayor of the city of Monterrey NL, and I noticed these strange users that do not have interactions, ¿what do they mean?
What those number users mean?

This may be related to Facebook’s recent revision of permission preferences for all users and the change to their app review process.
Are those users currently set to a status of unreachable or bounced? They may have blocked the bot, deleted the conversation or updated their preferences for what information is shared about them.

I see they are sending lots of messages without actually interacting with the chatbot as if they could send messages surpassing the initial “Start” button.
