Hi there! I was doing some QA on one of my AI assistants and encountered a problem where the bot looked like it was “thinking” (the three dots were animated), but froze. When I checked the Run history, I saw that the status was “rejected”. The Error says “no messages were provided”.
The bot was working perfectly fine just until it reached its goal – instead of saying it was finished, it froze. The bot’s sketchpad has all the information required for its goal, but it didn’t trigger the corresponding Flow set to activate when the AI Assistant is completed, so I gather the error stopped it from fully completing.
What does this mean? any tips or insights?
