Hi I have build a flow that I am using in a web messenger. Many (over 50%) of the sessions end up “abandoned” because the bot stops responding. Sometimes the bot sends no reply whatsoever, sometimes stops after a couple of answers.
When I experiment with the bot myself, it always works as intended. Only from the history (“Interactions”) I can see that most of the sessions end up “Abandoned”. Is there some way to fix it? We buy our traffic through adwords and we lose a lot of money because of this. Thanks!

Are you seeing any errors in your interaction log? Is there any validation being done on questions that the users aren’t matching?
It may help to share your flow with the support team by clicking on the ‘Private’ button when editing your flow and then ‘share your flow’ which gives you a share link you can email to support@flowxo.com
