hi i deployed a messenger bot on my website …it deploys when you click the chat with us button i have …is there a way to have it open in a smaller screen box in the same webpage itself rather than having it open in a seperate browser window ?

Hi! Flow XO doesn’t have a setting for this, however you can deploy Flow XO chats inside of an iFrame. In your bot configuration, where you see the snipped for embedding the widget, there is also a snipped for embedding the cant in an iFrame, and using an iFrame your web developer can completely control the size, shape, location, etc.
