Web chat client

Hi, is there a web chat client that I can embed in a web page?

Hi Tas,

We have an Agent service instead of live chat. The agent service works via the supported chat channels, Telegram, Messenger, SMS (Twilio) and uses email on the back end.

We’ve got an article that you can check out to see how it works and what the benefits of it are.

Yes, I understand that. My question is whether it is possible to chat with an agent through a web chat interface which would be embedded in my web page, as opposed to using a 3rd party messenger service or SMS.

Hi Tas,

We don’t have live chat as yet. Our list of supported platforms is ever growing, though, so you want to keep an eye on our Road Map.

You could always pop the ‘messge us’ button on your web page. The button code is provided when you connect your bot. this would open the conversation in the message web app for the user.

I’m also looking for a web chat client window to embed the chatbot actually on the website page itself, without the need for FB, Skype or anything. Look forward to this being added to the roadmap.

Hi,

Thanks for the message. It’s certainly something we’re looking to do!

Keep an eye on our Road Map
