Storing information in Flow XO couldn’t be simpler:

• Using one of our 90+ integrations: Connect to a MY-SQL database, maybe you need to store information in your CRM or marketing automation software (Inusionsoft, Insightly, FLG, Pipedrive, Salesforce, there’s a few have a look ) It might be useful to add data to various other software services (constant contact, campaign monitor or mailchimp).

• Use our attributes service: Our post on securing information demonstrates how to store a pin/passcode as an attribute but you could also store information on the customer, (their preferences for instance). A flight bot could save my departure airport {Mancheser} as an attribute, each time I talk to the bot I’m offered a departure from Manchester making it nice and easy to just choose where I’m flying to.

• Don’t forget Google sheets. You could give your bot some personality by using our Google Sheets integration for example, you could build a spreadsheet loaded with information on a customer. A takeaway/fast food ordering bot could offer a customer the ability to re-order the last order placed through the bot.
