Way to block a user?

Hi there, is there a way to block a specific user from spamming your bot and using up your interactions?

Hi,

You could put a filter on the trigger, set the output to ‘User ID’ & the condition to ‘Does not equal’ then set the value to the ‘User ID’ of the user who is spamming the bot. (You can obtain the User ID from your flow logs) :slight_smile:
