Any idea what’s wrong with my bot when the Users -page is filling with uknown users that have no other information other than ID. How’s that even possible?
It kind of wrecks the analytics when there’s 9 interactions in the past two weeks and during the same period over 200 visitors.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with the platform. For your users privacy could you please email us at support@flowxo.com including a screen shot of the users page showing exactly what you’re seeing. If you go to details about a user and then “Show Interactions” are there any interactions for these users? Also if you look at the live chat tab and find their ID is there any conversation history shown?
