"unexpected internal error" - bot messenger creation

I can’t reach to create a messenger bot…! Is there any explanation ?

For those who may also see this error and need help :-
It’s usually relating to a permissions over at Facebook, Check that you are an admin user on the Facebook page you are trying to add. If you go to the page in Facebook > Page Settings > Page Roles - check that you are an admin here.
