Two Factor Error

Hey There,

As of this morning my chatbot started receiving this error. I don’t think this is down to anything I have done. Any ideas what has caused this?

The user must be an administrator, editor, or moderator of the page in order to impersonate it. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Factor Authentication.

Is this on the Facebook platform? Is your bot setup on your own app or ours? Is this message being sent to all bot users or are you seeing it in the logs?

Yeah just through the Facebook platform, the bot is setup through your app.

The message is just being shown in the logs.

Hmm… :thinking: This isn’t an error message I’ve ever seen returned before. Is this happening to every user who speaks to your bot? Does the bot actually respond to the user or does it simply fail with this error message? Could you please send a screen shot of the logs so we can see exactly when the error is being triggered and also please share a link to your bot. Fixed. FYI: It was because the account that originally added the chatbot was no longer the admin of it anymore.
