Trouble with Zoho New module entry

Folks - tried this a couple of weeks ago and then again today - the new module entry module in Zoho doesn’t seem to be able to identify or list the Zoho modules - anyone else see a similar issue?
Am I doing something wrong?

Would you mind clarifying what’s happening here, are you using Zoho’s New Module Entry trigger and it’s not finding new entries as you add them?

Yes - I am trying to use that trigger and none of my existing modules are showing up at all…

I am also having another trouble - your email triggers don’t seem to be working today, they were working fine a while back…

May I ask you to email our support team and point them towards this forum post. They’ll be able to troubleshoot on the module visibility problem. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Regarding email triggers - did you check if you ran out of monthly interactions? That’s a common reason for email triggers suddenly stopping working. Click on your name at the top right and click on ‘Your Profile’. In the usage section you’ll see how many interactions you have left. You need an interaction for every email received.

Hey - thanks John. Had dropped a note to Support@flowxo.com, haven’t heard back. So dropped the note on the community. I have had some trouble with the Zoho integration before too.

Regarding emails, I actually did check my quota and seems I am only 26% through it… So not sure what’s going

I’m glad you like the product! Sorry to hear you didn’t get a reply back, I know our team in support work really hard to make sure we don’t let anything fall through the cracks but looks like we missed this one. I’ll chase this up.

About the emails, do you see anything at all in the log? If you send an email to your trigger email address, it should always show as triggered, even if further actions fail. If you check the log hopefully we can see what’s stopping the emails getting any further along?

At the outset, let me tell you that the Flowxo support team has been one of the most responsive teams I have dealt with. Offlate there have been a few delays but I will attribute it to a lot of action going on at your end possibly.

Regarding the mails, I have been getting stuck at the configuration itself. That is, the trigger BOT is not responding to my sending a mail to the suggested email id. Hence, there are no updates in the log (I will double check nevertheless). This wasn’t the case earlier.
