"Trigger a flow" doesn't trigger a catch-all flow?

I added “trigger a flow” action within a “new trigger” flow. The phrase in “trigger a flow” action can’t trigger the “catch-all” flow. Is it the case for now, or did I set up anything wrong?

Unfortunately the trigger a flow action can’t be used to trigger a catch-all. There needs to be a matching Flow trigger or New Message trigger.
