why developers dont listen users and do nothing, 1)users want to stop ask question flow as easy as from Send a message, without annoying “stop” words <— i lost too much customers because of this
2)users want collect files without links
3) users want full interface with location
4) users want make Buckets for telegram shops
5) users want full integration with calendar
6) users want more services not only CRM and sms services

Almost 95% of users questions - got answers like “Unfortunately its impossible” now
i know with knowledge of coding i can solve many of that problems but i use FlowXO because i dnt know how to code. Its my favourite platform but developers gone away and dont respect users opinions and posts on Trello just for fun
Daniel and Karen try their best and i thankfull to them but still platform has too many limits

Thanks for the feedback (founder of Flow XO here). We’ve been distracted for a while with other pressing development tasks, but you’ll see some new changes and improvements in Flow XO soon.

We want to do a better job of listening to customers so you’ll see better ways to log your feature requests soon too!

Your product feedback is appreciated and we want more of it in the future to help guide Flow XO product developments. As John says, we have had to focus on other areas recently but we’ll be back working on Flow XO soon. We are exploring ways we can listen to our users more and focus on the right developments in the future. We will, of course, update you as soon as we can on this in the coming months.

At least can your team realize function for flow Ask a question to add a button for fast/one click back to main menu? its so necessary for us and business
