How to make a bot telegram.
Bot listens to the chat. If in the chat word “qwerty” -> writes a message.
I did if I write personally to the bot.

Hi Alehander, 
When you set the keyword trigger up for your flow you are given the following message type actions:
For group chats these are particularly important.
If you want the bot to be listening to all messages you’ll need to make sure the “Overhear” option is ticked. Alternatively you could tick the “Mention” options and then always @ the bot when you want it to respond.
