[Telegram] Import users from another platform

Hello!
I wonder if there a way to easily transfer my users to FlowXO from anothere chatbot platfrom (bothelp).

I know there Telegram ID’s and have api token to previous bot.

I saw this topic, but it was 3 years ago, maybe something changed?
