Talk to a human in Opening hours only

Hello!

I am setting up a chatbot with “talk to a human”- functionality. However, I would like the bot to open chat in our opening hours and send a “Sorry, we’re closed”- message out of our opening hours. I’ve been playing around with the filters, but i can’t seem to get both to work. Open chat when open and send a Message when closed. Is there any solution to this?

At the bottom of the Live Chat Docs there is a tip that links to the following shared flow:

In that flow you can see an example of how a flow can be setup to only run during specific hours.

How to I separate for it for only go to live chat mon-fri in the opening hours (as you shown) and send closed message on the weekends?
