SurveyMonkey triggers not working

I have made some updates to an existing SurveyMonkey survey. Previously, submissions of the survey triggered my FlowXO workflow. However, after the update to the survey, any new triggers I create (in new workflows) do not work.

Your assistance with this issue would surely help me. Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

Hi there,

If you’ve changed your Survey, you’ll most likely need to go through the authentication process again.

If you edit the trigger of your Flow, you’ll have the option to connect a new account. This will allow you to go through the authentication process again, which will make a new request for the Survey details.
