Survey- how to store users responses?

Hi, I’ve built a 6 question survey with a messenger bot using “Ask a question” & 5 multiple choice answers for each question. How can I store this information about our survey participants?

Example question:
How are you feeling right now (1-5)?

Multiple choice options:

Hi Tom,

There are a whole bunch of different ways that you can store the data. Why not take a look at our Attributes or Google Sheets services.

One of these should do it
