I’d just like to update the community on how we’re planning to respond to Facebook’s recent iteration on the Messenger platform.
There are 2 changes we’re planning in the coming weeks:
- Messenger’s new Quick Replies are more suitable for our Ask a Question choice type button selections. This feature seems to have been added specifically for this purpose. So we’ll be migrating our buttons support to Quick Replies soon.
- We’ll be adding the ability to set up Persistent Menu options in Messenger bot settings soon.
Look out for specific announcements when these changes happen.
