Support for location structure

Hi, new to Flow XO.

We have a location structure on our facebook pages, so I am having issues with being able to tell the different pages apart when accessing the Facebook Page Access Token for the bot creation … they are all coming up with the page name not grabbing the location identifer … any suggestions on how to over come this?

This is happening in both Flow XO and also Facebook Developer

Hi Joni,

There’s not sorry. We only get what Facebook provides. You might be better asking in the Facebook bot community to see anyone else has come up against the issue and managed to resolve it.
