Stop Welcome Message in Human Takeover

I have set up human take over and it works good, however in between every human message it gives them the welcome menu, which is just confusing users. Can this be turned off in human takeover?

Hi there,

If you’re using the same Human Takeover template as the one in Implementing Human Takeover in Flow XO then you can adjust (or remove) the send message action for ‘Tell user message will be sent in 1 minute’.

If you are referring to your bot’s greeting text being shown then you will need to make sure you have your existing flows setup with filters to trigger the Human Takeover. There’s an example in this flow which shows how it’s setup.
