Starts counter and Bonuses after invite

(Dima Azizbekov) #1

Hello!
Until today, I was sitting on the usual tariff and was pleased with the 500 dialogues (launches).
But, today I learned about the fact that you can invite friends and increase their number
I started to invite colleagues from my chat room and here bonuses began to come to the post office.
I was so glad, but there it was.
I’m still the only user of my bot and immediately noticed something amiss.
I look at the counter, and he already considers messages instead of starts.
That is, if someone now sends 1000 messages, the bot will immediately die.
Bot on the telegram.
Dear administration, answer, please! Why did it happen so?
I brought you new clients, but I stayed with increased restrictions.
Thank you in advance! I am hope for your help!

hello

I’m not 100% sure what happened here.

is your Bot counting too many interactions using up your resources?
Can you see in the interaction logs how those were used?
Analytics can give you statistics too so hopefully that can show you where those were used.

If i’ve misunderstood perhaps you can provide more info.

Reach me on support@flowxo.com if you need any help

Thank you for your reply.
My bot counting too many interactions using my resources.:worried:
Counting even bot reply.
How I can change it?
system must counting starts(when user is sending /start command), but it’s counting users and even bot replays. I think, you know about it, how your system work.

Hi Again

To see how those interactions have been counted we need to look at your metrics in your account

In analytics there’s a Top Flows. Which flow is triggering the most counts?
it might be useful to share the flow just click the [Private link at the top].

When you checked your interactions can you see that several interactions were used by the same person/trigger ? If it is starting with a User the live chat will let you view all conversations to see what was

Welcome to share on back on support@flowxo.com

Hi Dima,

Could you please email us at support@flowxo.com including the email address associated with you Flow XO account. We can then look closer at exactly what is happening here, the resources in your account etc and match this usage up with the analytics shown above.

If you could also share the top 3 flows with us that would also be useful. To share a flow please edit it, click the private button and make the flow public. You are then given a URL that you can share with us by email.

Thanks
Karen
