"Start live chat" put on "live" status all users

Hi,
I have a flow called SOS, when a customer come in this flow, I want write with him live.
So I have included in SOS flow the “Start live chat”, screenshot:


Unfortunately this action put on “live” status all users even with different response path.
How I can avoid this and chat with one customer only?

Hi,

What Response Path is set up in the live chat action? As long as you are only using a single response path then only that response path will be put into live chat mode.

What makes you think other response paths were also?
