[SOLVED] Web Messenger: error "User not member of channel"

Hi, i have a flow used in two bots: a FB messenger bot and a Web messenger bot.

FB bot is ok,
Web bot after trigger has an action that shows a welcome message that has the error “User not member of channel”.

Are you using a custom response path for the send message action?

Hi Marco,

On the trigger can you try setting it so that the message types Direct Mention & Direct Message are the only options enabled?

If that doesn’t fix the issue please can you confirm whether there are any other errors in the interactions log for your flow.

Hi Daniel,
it did not fix and there any other errors in the log.

The same flow is running in a facebook bot.
