Smart Sheet Integration Question

(prizewriting1@gmail.com) #1

Under the Smart Sheet info, it says “Sharing permissions in your sheet may mean that certain columns don’t appear in Flow XO as you might expect - you should ensure that you have all relevant sharing permissions assigned to your log in.”

I want to send share a new smart sheet, which has order details and an attached document, with the customer, where the customer is a new user. Would this necessarily be a problem?

Hi Steve,

That message is more of a warning that there’s a lot of tweaks to user permissions that you can do with Smartsheets and most of it can’t be controlled from within FlowXO. If you run into any problems with a shared sheet then I’d suggest taking a look at the Smartsheet help article on Sharing Permission Levels.

Thanks,
Dan
