Slow welcome message

It is been 1 week that the Welcome message last 5 minutes to appear. After taht the speed is as usual. Is it because of the Black Friday high traffic or is there another reason? (today is 28 Nov 2022)

This has not been reported before, and our tests are not showing a delay like that, so it might be network issues on your end.
