Slow Open in Web

Hi guys,

i got a problem, when i open the chat is taking so much time(8 seconds, even more) to show welcome messages.

Why happen this?

@Gino_Gentile I’ve notice the platform is much slower recently too. Is there a saleability issue Flow XO?
