Hi,
I created a slack bot 2 weeks ago. It was working really great.
But now, I get these brackets “{}” each time a user interact with the bot instead of having the user’s answer being saved like it used to be.
I did not make any changes. I tried to start from scratch (new account, new flows, new bot) but I still get these brackets.
Maybe I’m missing something. What’s wrong?

It sounds strange that it happened without changing anything, but I would focus on the logs to try to diagnose the problem.
So see what they say. Any errors showing up? What should be in place of those brackets and is the data being fetched properly (what is in the log)?

Logs are fine, nothing wrong there.
However, each interactions (question type: text/ choice) selected by the user should be saved in the chat as a previous interaction/message with the slack bot.
It used to work that way -keeping the history with the user- 2 weeks ago. SEE IMAGE
But 2 days ago, I got these brackets instead of the previous interaction/ answer of the user.

The user cannot see what he answered each time he interacts with the bot because of those brackets…
This seems like a bug! We’re onto it and will get it fixed ASAP.
