Showing an "Error" message if flow is broken unexpectedly

Is it possible to show an “Error with system” message whenever a flow is broken unexpectedly?

I think we need more visibility on this making it clear something unexpected happened or maybe a step further to get alerts when something goes wrong (that might be nice) we’ll note this as a suggestion.
