"Setup of Facebook Messenger bot failed"

Hi,

I’m trying to create a bot for a client, I have full admin access but when I select his page I get this error

“Setup of Facebook Messenger bot failed. Details: (#200) User does not have sufficient administrative permission for this action on this page.”

I have tried disconnecting another bot he had connected but this did not resolve the issue.

Any ideas?

Sorry I have resolved this, it was a permissions issue in business manager

I solved it. Haha, it’s because of the page role…
