Send Message to Email NOT WORKING

I set up Send Message to Email …
SO that my user can communicate to me directly but when I set up the action
In my conversation, it doesn’t display anything…
But during the settings, if I type anything in the message body I will see in my mail inbox but in the bot conversation with the user, it won’t show them space to converse through email directly to me …

Hi @King_Gabriel

The send message to email action doesn’t wait for user input and instead sends the email with whatever content is included in the action.

If you want the user to type something out to send in the email then you will need to first Ask a Question - the output from this question can then be included in the email.
