Is there a way to get a user to fill out a conversational form and then have that form’s inputs submitted to a google sheet along with the entire transcript of the chat that the user had? this would be important as the lead generated would have some context as to what the user is looking for?

I think you’ll know this part already. Of course using the Google Sheets integration, you can output the answers to each question in a Google sheet that way the sheet holds the Person, their Qs and answers,
… that’s not quite like a log or transcript but i can elaborate there…
Your Facebook Messenger page let’s you see the messages which have been sent & received so you can see the full transcript there - but that would only be if your bot was on Messenger.
When our Analytics arrives (this is pending) there will be a pane which let’s you view the chat transcript so you can see the logs of what was sent & received I think that will help.
