See interactions and broadcasts by user?

Hello, I’m trying to see the interactions by user but when I go to Users -> select a user -> press the “…” on the main user profile page -> View interactions, I get the blank screen below. The users has interacted with the chatbot (sms chatbot using twilio) within the given time range. Any guidance on how to fix this or is there another way to see interactions by user?

Hi @Ibrahim_Ayub,

When you were on the users page when did it say the user was last active on the system? Also could you please confirm whether you are on the free plan or the standard plan?

they all were active within the last hour and the filter view as you can see in the screenshot is for the last 30 days.

i’m on the standard plan
