You can now search for things in Pipedrive and Capsule CRM as part of your workflows.
These new features are based on our new collections support - which makes it possible to use the first item found, the nth item, list values (such as listing the names of found items), or use a clever feature called ‘magic repeat’.
Popular use cases will be:
- Finding a person to attach a task, deal or note to them.
- Listing the details of search results in bot responses (see the Pipedrive bot collection to see this in action).
More search methods to come, as we’re current working on support for Trello, Google Sheets, FreshBooks and others.
