Receiving paremeter from Dialogflow with accentuation

Flowxo is receiving parameter “name” from Dialogflow, but when some names with accentuation like Márcio are sent, flowxo shows like this: Mã¡rcio

What can I change to receive the correct accentuation?

Thanks for sharing your flow. I’ve run it quickly and by the look of the interactions we’re webhooking the correct value out to DialogFlow, but what we’re getting back is incorrect and what we then go on to use in the flow.

Could you please take a look at the DialogFlow logs and see what is happening on that side?
