For an FB Messenger Bot, a card set currently has ‘shortcuts’ that add buttons to the card. in other places shortcuts add quick replies.
Please streamline this so it differentiates these.
Next, a carousel can also have a quick replies. what’s the way to add quick replies for a carousel of cards?

For anyone else wanting to use the quick replies these can be done using the Bot > Custom Request service and including the JSON facebook provide here. To add them underneath a card set you need to use the Facebook Generic Template and integrate the quick reply setup into this.
