Quick replies are not showing as buttons but showing as plain text.

Hi @Prakhar_Monga

The limits for buttons on Facebook are as follows:

  • Buttons - 20 characters - after this they will revert simply to text.
  • Buttons / Shortcuts - Maximum of 10 per message.
  • Messages - Must be UTF-8 and has a 640 character limit.
  • Question Choices - This uses the button so is a limit of 20 characters or will default to text.

These limits are set by Facebook so, unfortunately, there’s not really anything that can be done from the Flow XO side to override them. You’ll want to make sure any buttons or shortcuts stay within the above limits.
