I need to add 5 bots
I choose " Additional 5 bots/flows"
I have not used another 4,500 iterations
But flowxo offers me to pay $29.
I’m ready to pay for iterations next month, as usual.
Now why do I have to pay 29$ instead of 10 $?

The free plan can’t purchase additional packs for bots/flows or interactions without first upgrading to the standard subscription.
Just to clarify though, the free plan of Flow XO provides 5 bots/flows and 500 interactions. Upgrading to the standard plan for $19 per month would provide 15 active bots/flows and 5,000 interactions.
