Question About Specific use of Flow XO

Hello,

I am an agency and we do digital customer support for our client mostly on Social Media by interacting with their customers. I would like to begin building bots for our clients and then having the ability to watch the conversations and jump in when their customers need human help. How can I use Flow for this or is it even possible to use this as an agency which I’m hoping it is!

Hi Shane,

At the moment there is no real way of watching conversations to be able to jump into them. However we are aware this is something many users would like to do so we are looking at how to do this in the not too distant future.

However, in the meantime we do have a way that if a user wants to talk to a human they can request this at which point you could interject in the conversation. There’s a tutorial on how to do this here.
