You can now use our new Push Service to push content to your bot users on demand.
This works in a similar way to our recently introduced Feeds Service, but rather than messages going to your users when new items are published on RSS, you can push updates with any trigger you choose.
For example, you can use a Receive an Email trigger, parse some contents out of it, and push an update. See the docs for more info.

Hi John,
I want to develop a flight status alert service. Then, I will like to do user segmentation by setting a parameter rather than building a separate rss/push trigger for each flight - that would be unmanageable or trigger a flow for each user – that would be very expensive.
Do you reckon how I could achieve this ?
