Problem with smtp/host configuration

(yohan) #1

Hello,

I want to send an email from my address hosted at 1 and 1.
I tried all possible combinations (with tls / ssl) I changed the ports etc … I use the same port that my SMTP mail client.
I also try to connect with imap settings …
can i fixed it ?

Hi Yohan,

I’ll get our engineers to look into that and update you shortly.

STMP Servers for Outgoing Messages will always require port 465 to have SSL enabled - try turning that on in your flow.

If there’s still an issue you can try to use port 25 or 587 (Non-Encrypted) with SSL turned off.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for helping out

There’s actually a problem with the authentication so no combination of settings is going to solve it :slight_frown:

Our engineers are going to sort it though

Hi Yohan,

This has turned out to be a browser issue. We’re resolving the issue but in the meantime you should be able to complete the account authentication by using IE instead.
