Solved by specifying values in the fields:
Default maximum retries due to timeouts (Optional)
Default retry timeout in seconds (Optional)

Glad you fixed it. For others coming here, that is the correct solution - the Open AI API can be unreliable, and setting those settings can solve that problem.
